I received my Tier1 holster and fell in love with it. I have ran classes with it and I have concealed carried for months. I tightened hardware when required. What I did not use was the supplied thread locker on all fasteners. As my luck ran out, I lost one of the backing nuts. Tier1 had this handy dandy kit for a reasonable price. It had everything I needed and more. Pick one up, eventually, you will need it.

I add additional matched screw sets to your holsters after my ride height is confirmed (a third screw on each belt clip). I find the extra screw per clip is personally a bit more solid.

Great kit that will replace anything that may fall loose from your rig. Trust me something will back out or just ghost right TF off your set-up.

After quite some time of use and never checking the hardware, I lost the lower screw in the right clip. The set of hardware had everything. I would suggest you pick one up just in case. I don't like being without my concealed carry ever. And this holster makes it easy to carry full sized concealed. Not looking to replace the it. So this set was a no brainer.

I have been teaching concealed carry (and now Licence To Carry) in Texas since 1995. I've either worn IWB or OWB (covered with a shirt) in the 3:00 or 4:00o'clock position. That has played havoc on my ciatic nerve to the point that at times I could hardly walk.
I was NEVER a fan of appendics carry.
I was even reluctant to pay for what I thought was "too expensive" for a holser that might wind up in the drawer with all the others. But I gave in and bought the Tier One Axis Elite and gave it a try.
Now I wear it all day every day in the appendics position and very frequently forget I've even got it on.
Today I was in a gun store that I frequent and was showing it to the owner's son. I cleared the firearm (Glock 48 with Holosun red dot and XS Big Dot sights) and was showing him how fast I could draw it.
He was amazed and finally asked me how old I was. . .to which I replied "88". He was still astonished.
Any other holsters I ever buy WILL be Tier 1>

The extra hardware pack gives me the added option to set up my holster without the claw which depends on the type of belt I'm using that day. Since I've had my holster a while, it's also great to have extra rubber spacers ready to go when it's time to replace old ones.

I lost a screw because I did not Loctite before use, I emailed customer service and didn’t hear anything back so I messaged on Instagram and they got right back to me about what I needed to order. Afrer ordering it actually shipped much quicker than I was expecting. The pack had screws of all sizes so now I’m ready if I lose anything else. Great deal!

Like several other customers who posted here I failed to follow the directions and did not loctite my hardware after I set up my AGIS holster. The hardware packet had everything I needed to replace the missing hardware.

Of course I didn't put the loctite on my retention screws. Then boom my Beltclip swings upside down and screw is MIA. Ordered this and received earlier than expected and now good as new with extra parts!

Very good to have extra hardware to use in case you need, especially with the claw interaction. The hardware included does not include the leather or bungie cord used in the AGIS or AXIS holsters however.
