IF YOU HAVE ATTEMPTED TO PURCHASE ONE OF THESE ITEMS INTERNATIONALLY, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT VIA EMAIL WITH AN OPTION TO EDIT YOUR ORDER. IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS YOUR ORDER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CANCELED AND REFUNDED.*

Tier 1 Concealed ships exclusively through USPS and DHL E-Commerce (which is delivered by USPS) for Domestic orders and DHL International for International orders. By purchasing items from Tier 1 Concealed, you acknowledge that Tier 1 Concealed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please refer to your tracking number to get details of where your shipment is. If your package shows it was successfully delivered, and you did not receive it, please contact us and we will get you taken care of.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Tier 1 Concealed offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all holsters and related products. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

If you believe your product is defective, broken, or does not fit correctly, please contact us at (385) 205-6005 or support@tier1concealed.com with a description of the issue. We may request photos or videos for further evaluation.

If the product is determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship, Tier 1 Concealed will repair or replace the item at no charge, including return shipping to you. Repair or replacement will be at our sole discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance

  • Modifications to the product or use with incompatible equipment

  • Fit or function issues caused by third-party firearm modifications or accessories not specifically tested with our holsters

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.

Return/Cancelation Policy

CUSTOM KYDEX GOODS:

Tier 1 Concealed holsters are custom made to your exact specifications.  We do not sell used or returned holsters.  Please be sure your selections are correct before placing your order. Orders may be canceled if we receive your cancelation request in writing, via email, within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your name, address and phone number, along with your order number and reason for cancelation. Cancelation requests should be emailed to: support@Tier1Concealed.com. We will not accept returns or cancellations after the 24 hour grace period.

BULK ORDERS ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE NO RETURNS OR CANELLATIONS (AFTER THE 24 HOUR GRACE PERIOD).

APPAREL:

Tier 1 Concealed does accept returns of apparel and will process a refund ONLY if the product is still packaged and in new condition. If the packaging has

been opened, Tier 1 Concealed will exchange the item for another item of equal value AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS STILL IN LIKE NEW CONDITION. In both cases, the customer is responsible to pay return shipping.
