Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 13a – Firearm Safety & Liability Disclaimer
Tier 1 Concealed holsters are designed to securely retain properly functioning firearms and prevent any interaction with the trigger. When used as intended, our holsters do not cause firearms to discharge.
Tier 1 Concealed assumes no responsibility or liability for:

Negligent firearm handling or unsafe use

Accidental discharges caused by defective or malfunctioning firearms

Modifications made to our holsters or your firearm

Fit, function, or safety issues caused by third-party firearm modifications or accessories not specifically tested with our holsters
It is the sole responsibility of the firearm owner to ensure their firearm is functioning properly and to follow all fundamental safety rules.
By purchasing and using our products, you accept full responsibility for the safe operation of your firearm and agree that Tier 1 Concealed is not liable for any injury, death, or damage resulting from unsafe handling, mechanical failures, or negligent use.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Tier 1 Concealed and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remaining Terms will remain in effect.
