Wow… was skeptical of this holster from total price but after receiving and wearing every day for 2 weeks now this holster is joke. Have tried the Safariland incogx, four brothers stand alone, and old Gen trex sidecar and this one takes the cake by far checking every box. Comfort is by far the best and sometimes it feels like I don’t even have it. The elastic shock cord keeping the sidecar attached makes it mold under the belt for best possible fit. The wing built into side car helps as well. I opted for the discreet carry clips and I have no printing whatsoever. By far the best holster on the market! Will forever be a Tier 1 customer!

Bought my 1st Axis slim appendix holster in January 2019. I was inspecting my gear last week. I noticed it had a crack at the claw. This happens with 99% of holsters this style it doesn't matter the brand. I contacted TC1 they verified my original order. Today I received my replacement. They stood on business with their lifetime warranty. They have me as a customer for life. I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for.

I love how it’s so close to the body that a t-shirt doesn't show the print of the firearm. I’ve tried multiple ones and this one is the best in my opinion. I like the added option of carrying an additional magazine and it still conceals well. I like how I’m able to bend over with it on. Great product!

I’ve had previous iterations that I loved. It may be user error but the extended mag side caddy option is much too deep for my CZ P-10c mags with an extended baseplate and makes it near impossible to get purchase when going for the mag. Otherwise it’s phenomenal.

Never had a holster like this before so I was very excited when I got it. It was a little bigger than i expected but again, iv never had a holster like this before. After a few days of trying to figure out the best and most comfortable position for it on my body and jeans, half the time I forget that i am wearing it because it is so comfy. Very durable and fit my gun like a dream without any issues the first time i put it in (Sig P320 M17 with red dot and light). It has great retention which makes me feel good because i know that its not just going to randomly fall out if im bending over or if i fall backwards. Though I will say to check and make sure that the screws that are holding the belt clips are tightened down more. Mine have come loose over time twice now but the last time i tightened them I really made sure to crank them down and haven't had an issue since. Overall, Its a great well made product that is built to last and be comfortable around any body type and that I would highly recommend.

The only minor issue is it rubs the gun slightly and produces a mark on the slide (but I think that nay be because it is light bearing and it mag be unavoidable), otherwise, per usual, its my favorite holster.

I thought I would regret buying a holster this expensive. I gave it a try, and I can truly attest to the comfortability and innovation Tier1 brings to the table. With the added wedges, all of my gripes about appendix carrying are gone. Somehow I feel I can conceal my firearm better with a full sidecar system like this one, instead of my stand alone kydex holster from a different brand. Get one!

I love the holster so far conceals well. The only downside I have is I chose the threaded barrel option thinking that end of the holster would be completely open so I could add a comp if I wanted but it’s not shaped for that. Also being a smaller holster I can’t really add a wedge where I want without interfering where the screws are. Other than that it’s comfortable and I can wear it all day long.

As comfortable as you can get with an appendix rig, especially with spare mag holder. The only modification I did was to round down the bottom outter corner of the mag holder. That helped stop it from digging into my pelvis and made a huge difference. Quality wise, you get what you pay for. This rig cost more than any other holster in my collection at $200, but I can wear this, especially with the wedges for the majority of the day, sitting, standing, walking, hiking, driving and while it is still noticeable, it isn't unpleasant. I would highly recommend it, and have, to anyone looking for a quality IWB holster. I have found my new go-to holster maker.

Usually you buy a few holsters and eventually stumble across the one that is comfortable but this one here was my first appendix holster thankfully I stumbled across it first. I’ll buy this brand and model from here on out. Definitely recommend a wider wedge if your firearm has a mounted light.

I purchased two of these holsters after reading reviews and FaceBook testimonials. I have several other models of Tier 1 holsters and enjoy wearing them so I figured I’d give the Axis Elite a try. Well I am very pleased with my decision. The Axis Elite is well made and very comfortable. I recently had to drive four hours while wearing the Axis Elite and no discomfort whatsoever. I enjoy carrying appendix and this is a great holster to do so. I liked the first two so much that I have purchased two additional ones for separate guns obviously.

The AXIS ELITE is fastened together with military-grade shock cord and allows the firearm to flex closer into the body independently of the magazine for better concealment. This connection also allows the holster to flex where needed while performing other acts like getting in and out of vehicles and bending over.

Over time and a lot of use, the shock cord may need to be replaced. It can also be easily removed and swapped out with different colors.
