I have always OWB carried a full-size fire arm on hunting trips or going into the woods. I never carried IWB let alone appendix. When commentators and reviews said T1C could make a full size gun such as this G45 comfortable to carry in appendix, I did not believe it. I assumed it was just people
talking up a purchase they were proud of. But when I decided to give appendix a go I decided to go with the best known company in the space. This holster has made carrying a full size gun with an ACRO easy. After 3 months or so it is second nature. Yes it is on the higher price end for the market but you get confidence, safety, and a proven track record. Well worth the money.

Ok y’all. I have to say that I was skeptical about this holster. I thought that it would only work with the 6 pack abs and all that. Well I was wrong. I am 5’10 and 320lbs. And this thing conceals a Glock 17 with no issues. I am very impressed with this holster.

I’ve tried a variety of AIWB holsters and just didn’t like them until I tied this holster. It took me a few weeks of daily use to get used to appendix carry in this holster, but now that I have I’m a fan. There are trade offs to appendix vs hip carry, and I choose depending on the setting I know I’m going into, but appendix is now my primary choice thanks to this holster.
My draw & fire time is very fast and the balance of the holster is excellent with the mag pouch, which makes it comfortable and more than adequate for edc.
Be aware that it is advisable to tuck your seatbelt behind your tool when driving. Accidents happen and you don’t want the tool to impact your organs.

The quick ship version I got was terrible for concealment at appendix (for P365-XMacro) But this new build that just arrived with a deeper cut for the spare mag is awesome. It conceals well without even attaching the wedges I purchased. I adjusted the ride height to be lowest. It still allows good purchase on the grip for drawing. I really like your product. The quick ship was not cut for a light. The gun "snaps" into it without a light attached. The new build is cut for a Streamlight TLR -7A. The gun with light attached does not snap in when seated. I'm not sure if it's supposed to?

I first ran a T.Rex Arms holster for a little while before grabbing the T1C Axis Elite. I preferred the belt claw design more than the T.Rex arms and feels that it does an amazing job at pushing the grip tighter to my body. The foam wedge also does an incredible job at helping the firearm not tip forward and keeping it concealed. 100% satisfied, and I liked it so much I snagged one for my Walther PDP! Definitely worth the money

I got this before I got my Concealed Carry License, but I knew in general what I wanted for my CCW. Tier 1 had all the options that I was looking for, and more. While I went with a generic, kind of boring setup, I love the holster that I got. It's comfortable, it's functional, easy to adjust the ride height, the retention, the holster is built very well, and has great quality control. There are no sharp edges, no burs, or other defects. It also allows me to have different sized guns. I have a G19 Gen 3 currently, but went with the G17 sized holster, just to allow me more options. The light I have is a Olight PL-Mini 2, and the holster holds on very well, but still allows me to get a good draw. I love the holster, and will be getting another one in the future for whatever my next carry gun will be!

I didnt realize the quick ship axis for my glock 19 gen 5 was actually cut for a glock 17 so it was way longer than what I wanted. Customer service was great and offered to replace it, but I just cut it down myself and it's way better. My only complaint is it doesn't index and click in like other holsters, but I suspect that's due to the shape of the streamlight tlr7 I run. Very comfortable, I would totally recommend the axis.

Added red cordage. I wish they had an option for cord color in the fast ship. Anyways… this holster makes appendix carry effortless. Love it, however I don’t like that I had to take my Dremel tool to the bottom of the holster.. it was wayyy too long for a g19. It was easy enough to do, but since I already paid $135 for this … kinda wish I didn’t have to modify it… overall though, I couldn’t be happier.

I'm a really skinny guy and I was concerned that this would print through my clothes. THIS THING IS INVISIBLE. Even wearing real right pants like skinny jeans and equally tight shirt, you cannot see my weapon. I'm actually blown away. Fantastic product. Minimal waiting. Ultimate satisfaction. I can sit down and not be uncomfortable. I only just got it and I'm absolutely willing to write another review for a long term owner and daily carry option. If you have the money, this weapon holster is ABSOLUTELY worth the money IMHO. I don't have to sacrifice my clothing choices to wear it, it's comfortable, and you have any time fast access to your weapon AND an extra magazine. 5 star product.

Perfect for my Glock 48 MOS with Holosun HS507k! Most comfortable IWB appendix holster I've owned, with a M size wedge. Love the extra mag add-on option, too! Even in a tailored-fit t-shirt, it's practically invisible. Absolutely worth the money and would recommend it to anyone looking to EDC a similar set-up. Great job here, guys!

Out of the box retention is definitely a little tight for my liking, but a couple hours of dry fire and it was nicely broken in. 10/10 concealment, comfort is top tier, and the design is awesome as well. Glad I made the switch to the Axis Elite.

This holster, paired with the Kore Essentials belt is a must have. The rigidity of the belt creates just enough space in front for the holster to fit comfortably--printing reduced!
