If you’re not running any type of wedge, you should be. This is a vast improvement over the normal wedges. I’d recommend everyone gets the wide wedge. They should come stock with the holster in the size of the uses choosing.

This is exactly what I needed. I have an outside the waistband holster for my staccato CS from another company. My grip was poking too far outward, so I decided to purchase this. I was able to cut the extra foam off to make it a perfect fit. Would highly recommend.

Great product for both comfort and a boost in concealment. I have quite a collection of holsters, from a variety of manufacturers, and these foam wedges are the on basically all of them. The ‘extra wide’ is really great for a comfort on those really long carry days.
ProTip: They don’t have to be placed just along the bottom edge, I like to stick mine about mid-way up my holsters. Allows for a bit more concealment from a smaller wedge, and it’s more comfortable (for me) on the lower abdomen / upper pubic region. Cheers!

Long story short, I decided to Google Vedder holster cushion pads and discomfort solutions, and NOT to my surprise, I found countless other Vedder owners all complaining about the same thing. Many of them switched over to Tier 1 Concealed holsters while others praised using the Tier 1 Concealed Wedge accessory to solve their discomfort. For roughly a $20 gamble I thought what the hell, and I’m here to tell you, the Tier 1 Concealed Wedge works as promised! Gone are the pains from the Vedder digging into my side, and with the Wedge I NOW have a holster that I can wear for hours without any discomfort. Not only that but the wedge-canted angle causes my Glock to sit even closer to my body and further eliminates printing. I bought the 2.25 and the small individual wedges, but I was able to cut the 2.25 and salvage everything without using the 1-inch individual. I recommend at least getting the small size 2.25 even if you don't think you need it. It will give you tighter feeling against the body.

I wasn’t sure how this would work for me and my tactical gut, but I can assure you fellow chonky bois that this thing is everything it’s chocked up to be. Even with a flared mag well on my MR920, there is no printing to be had! I now have no more need to inconspicuously pull my shirt away from my nether regions when it’s windy and I’m wearing just a t-shirt. Worked as expected. I got the XL and thought maybe it was too big when I first got it. The foam seemed more rigid than I was expecting and it was a bit painful to wear. But, as with the initial discomfort of carrying a holster when I first started, I decided to tough it out for a few days. Sure enough, it got way better. The foam got a little softer and conformed to my body, and it still pushes in the grip of my pistol very nicely.

These are my absolute favorite holster wedges. Regardless of what brand holster I am using, they all have this wedge on them. The Wide Small wedge is perfect for the way I carry. I always have an extra on hand. And the adhesive is amazing strong. They will even conform to a slight curve and stay put. I have one almost rounded around a holster and once pressed on and worn for a day it has a gentle outward curve and hasn’t moved in over six months. Makes the world of difference in CCW applications. These wedges combined with a good belt makes AIWB as comfortable as possible for what it is.

Wound up using the wedge on a different holster than the one I ordered it with but it took a holster I was struggling to carry and gave it just enough extra tilt to help conceal. Also is nice to have something soft rather than hard plastic pressing on you. Even if you don’t need a wedge, I’d get a thin one just for the softness.

I ordered my holster with 1 small 1" wide wedge to try, which I placed on the gun-side. This actually ended being a bit uncomfortable because it was a slim pressure point on one side of the holster. So I ordered the small 2.25" wedges, put IT on the gun-side, and cut down the 1" wedge and placed it on the mag-side. Now it feels outstanding! Highly recommend!!

Wide wedge feels amazing. I’m on the slimmer/flatter side up front and the wedge takes up a lot of gap. It also helps tremendously with stability over hundreds of training reps coming out of the holster. Axis Slim or MSP with DCC clips and the T1C Kore belt creates a low profile but rock solid drawing and re-holstering platform. Night and day difference between this and other combinations. Highly recommended.

So, the idea of the wedge is fantastic. I just ordered the wrong size for my body. I am 6'2" and 185. I have a axis elite for a MR920 with a TLR7A. I ordered the XL and should have ordered the small or medium. The xl was just way too big and extremely uncomfortable. I need to order a replacement, but can't justify the shipping costs without getting something else to offset the price..

I purchased a few wedges, didn't know which one I wanted. Using the larger on this holster, medium on my axis. Love them both. I'll be using this on every holster from here on out. Definitely worth it .

LOVE the wider 2.25” wedges. Bought them for both my T1C and Werks holsters for twin Glock 48MOS’s. They ARE more comfortable for me, @ 6 ft tall; 195 lbs. Would highly recommend for compact or full size EDC!

It did what it’s supposed to do. My only issue is it hits me personally in a sensitive spot so I took it off of my holster. I may just not be cut out for appendix carry of a Glock 19. I think the product is good but just not for me.
